The location rocks I thinks. Major attractions are close. The breakfast rocks too it had plenty of fruits, breads, etc, and I liked the rooftop restaurant alot.
The staff was not all that friendly. They just did not care to interact with customers. I think the lady in the black suit, like management was worst, she chatted with the staff instead of helping guests.

the breakfast was good with many options. the restaurant had a nice view of the hagia sophia. the hotel is close to famous places to visit.
staff were hit and miss in their customer service. bircan walked into our room unannounced, i found this completely inappropriate. the customer service quality was not consistent.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Elif's warm welcome at the lobby and breakfast terrace felt special. she even arranged a birthday cake for me. the hotel's cleanliness was obvious and all the necessary amenities were available. breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection.

the hotel staff proved helpful.. i appreciated their support throughout my time here. the rooftop restaurant's breakfast had high-quality, delicious options and a wide variety of items with lovely views. the soft, fresh simit was a particular favourite.

i stayed in a wonderful place. The breakfast was fantastic, such A variety of options met me each morning. The rooftop restaurant gave amazing views while i ate. the spa facilities including the hammam were great.
The rooms were a bit small. The bathrooms felt cold. I visited in january. I wish the staff had been friendlier, as they did not interact much with customers.

unfriendly staff unchanged sheets
the bedroom Was quite nice, and the cleaners did a good job keeping it tidy.
the reception staff were not friendly and smiled little. i asked the receptionist to call and check if the cable cars at eyup sultan were open, he did not. my wife left a card instructing the cleaners to change the bed sheets, they failed to do so on most days.
